Komza
Just got back from the cottage, can't sleep, but not energetic enough to go scan some new art...Here's a drawing I did of my layout teacher Mark Komza I did last year- nicest guy...his beard isn't this big but I liked him more this way. More cottage-y art very soon.Scanner cut off his feet =/.Enjoy.

"We're all mad here..."
Couldn't figure out what to draw today, and I thought of a conversation I had with my friend Izzie about how Alice's adventure was probably just a really really serious trip on some Shrooms :). We had a good laugh about it, I did about 5 more drawings of what REALLY happened that night lol. I'll probably finish em whenever i get bored again .Critiques are welcomed and appreciated.Enjoy.

Oldies.
The prettiest people do the ugliest things
Cute little old Asian lady waiting for the light.
using a pencil for the first time in while its been col-erase and brush pens lately ,man I love the feel of pencil on paper :)-Sketch of people/Hipsters who shop at Urban Outfitters. The guy whispering wasn't there, he's actually like 2 people I combined in MY BRAIN! O_o lol
Did quite a bit of sketching today. This is the guy who stole my usual seat at Lettieries...I thought he looked like he was playing piano even tho he was on his Mac. I waited forever for him to leave, fun to draw though.
Jockin' Mr.Sanders style a bit for this one I did while eatin' my luunnch :)-My friend Bilal loves Chris Sanders and I've just been informed that he and Leanne have been checking up on my blog alot, did this to show my appreciation thanks guys stay tuned .Enjoy.

War for Cybertron Optimus Prime and Bumblebee
New Transformers! War for Cybertron Optimus Prime and Bumblebee.
These guys are really cool, and fun to play with. Bumblebee's robot mode isn't that exciting, but I really like his Cybertronian vehicle mode, and of course, Optimus Prime is awesome. The robot mode is great, but I especially love his Cybertron mode. I really want to buy another one and do a white Ultra Magnus repaint.
Originally these weren't supposed to be out until August, but last week TRU.com had a few and this week Amazon.com. I happened to have had a $25 gift card for Amazon, so the slightly higher price of $14.99 each became a non-issue. Also I got them at least two months earlier than I expected to, and that is always awesome.
Comparisons with Classics Prime and Bumblebee
Classics Prime is a Voyager class the rest are Deluxes, hence Classics Prime is so much larger. It would be really nice to get a Voyager WFC Prime. And nobody is holding the weapons they came with, except WFC BB in the last pic. The chromed weapons are from the FansProject G3 Trailer, Classics Prime has Classics Jetfire's gun. The Bees have the guns from the BTS trailer.
I cannot wait for the Transformers Generations line to begin for real, I'm looking forward to every figure announced so far.

Happy Trails
The news has probably broken by now that I am sadly no longer involved with The Return of Bruce Wayne series. Unfortunately, several weeks back I was forced to make the difficult decision to leave the book. It was a decision that I struggled with, but sadly conditions were such that I felt that my work would be drastically compromised and subpar should I stay on board, and so I felt that it was best that I walked away. I'd like to extend big thanks to my editors for trying to do whatever they could to make it possible for me to stay, but in the end it just wasn't happening. At the time I left, nothing had yet been produced for my issue other than the cover, so there will be a new artist for its entirety, and there's literally nothing for me to post here other than the doodle above. I'd like to apologize to the readers and retailers who may have been influenced to purchase the book based on my involvement, hopefully you will still be happy with my replacement.
I'm not going to answer any questions about the specifics of this, as I don't feel the details are interesting or relevant to anyone who isn't directly involved with the production. Suffice to say that the parting was amicable, and all is well. I'm of course very disappointed not to do it but these things happen.
However, to take the sting away, I do have a couple of secret irons in the fire, including an upcoming new comic series based on an immensely popular property. It's doubly exciting because I will be writing as well as drawing, partnered with my friend and studiomate Karl Kerschl. Work is already underway and we're really excited and energized by it - hopefully you will be too when it's announced at this year's San Diego Comic Con.
Thanks everyone, and my apologies once again. Feel free to repost this wherever it might be relevant.

Sheridan-Class of 2013
Probably the most fun drawings I've done.Started with a sketch of a friend (David Jenkins whose personality is worthy of it's own character which i'm working on) and couldn't stop .Here are the ones i finished towards the end of second semester ,more to come once i get a hold of a decent scanner.Enjoy.
